Cancellations Refunds & Make-up Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

  • Customer-Initiated Cancellation: If a customer chooses to cancel their enrollment in the program, no refunds will be issued. The customer may request to transfer to a different session or program, subject to availability and approval by program management.

  • Program-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that the program must cancel a session or class due to unforeseen circumstances (such as inclement weather, instructor unavailability, or facility issues), the program will make every effort to reschedule the class or provide a suitable alternative. However, no refunds will be provided for cancellations initiated by the program.

  • Cancellation Due to Behavioral Issues: If a customer/participant is asked to leave the program due to behavioral issues or failure to adhere to the program’s code of conduct, no refunds will be provided.

  • Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy are at the sole discretion of the program’s management and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted will not set a precedent for future cases.

PAYMENT:

ALL tuition is due BEFORE attending classes/practices.

 

The Athletic Arts Academy reserves the right to withhold student participation if sent to The Academy without payment being made.

DROP CLASS PROCEDURE:

Classes are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

ALL Parents/Guardians are responsible for the payment for tuition WHETHER OR NOT YOUR ATHLETE ATTENDS CLASS/PRACTICE until the time you notify the Academy via email 30 days prior to next billing cycle.

​

Do not rely on students/athletes to verbally let us know that he/she will no longer be participating.

REFUNDS:

Registration/Insurance fees are non-refundable.

​

​THERE ARE NO REFUNDS for forgetting about class, going on vacation, changing of minds, conflicting activities, etc.

​

Classes may be rescheduled to attend a different time in the same age group when available.

​

If consistent participation is uncertain, we recommend the pay-per-class option providing space is available.

​

Class fees are transferable to another registered student within the same family with the same legal parents/guardians. Additional registration/insurance fee may apply.

​

All payments made for enrollment, classes, camps, events, and other program-related activities are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to registration fees, tuition, special event fees, and any other costs associated with the program. Refunds will not be issued for missed classes, regardless of the reason. This policy ensures the program can maintain a consistent level of service and secure resources for all participants.

ABSENCES & CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY:

Classes may be rescheduled to attend a different time in the same age group when available.

 

One make-up class per month is allowed. No other missed class will be rescheduled.
